About RHope
RHope began after a trip to Kenya in 2014. As we were visiting a school in Kenya, we asked why so many children were standing outside the gates of the school. The administration told us it was because they did not have the fees to attend school. God began to lay a dream on our heart. Our dream was for children to be able to attend school and have HOPE for their future. At that point RHope was born. God has brought many different people to RHope. Each person has God-given gifts that has brought us where we are today.
We have a director in each country who manage the day-to-day work. We have also partnered with the schools in which RHope children attend. The schools work with us on school fees, boarding costs, and keep us advised if there are any concerns with our children. Once a year we travel as a team to check in on all our RHope children. We currently are working in Kenya and India. We have over 80 children in our program. We are always working on adding more.
We have had many of our students complete their school and go on to complete their education at a university or trade school. We have nurses, engineers, teachers, scientist, and many other students who have completed their education dreams due to the support of their sponsors through RHope. These students continue to mentor to our younger students still in the program.
This began as a God Dream and God is continuing to stretch and grow us as we serve through RHope.
